Service Agreements for Heating & Cooling Systems

A Service & Maintenance Agreement with T. M. Street Heating and Air Conditioning can reduce the frequency of mechanical issues experienced with your heating & cooling system. Having your system serviced routinely will save you money in the long run!

An initial maintenance check is required before the start of an agreement.

We offer 3 different Service & Maintenance Agreements in an effort to accommodate the different individual needs:

Plan A

• Preferred emergency service
• 2 seasonal checks per year
• Labor at no cost
• All covered parts replaced at no additional cost

Compressors, coils, heat exchangers, and electric heaters will be replaced at no cost only when covered under manufactures warranty. Otherwise customer will be responsible for cost of part.

Plan B

• Preferred emergency service
• 2 seasonal checks per year
• 20% discount on all parts and labor

Plan C

• Preferred emergency service
• 2 seasonal checks per year
• 10% discount on all parts and labor
