We recently moved in on Lakeview, and have boiler hot water and heat. When we returned from Thanksgiving the heat and hot water were off. Since we had a home warranty we contacted them, and they hooked us up with a company that mis–diagnosed the problem and then would not return. But then we were redirected to:

While they could only operate within the parameters of the home warranty, T.M. Street became our advocate, and took us through 3 different systems on the boiler (it looks like some type of electrical surge fried wires, Smart Valve, and switching relay).
While home warranty did NOT become a favorite of ours, as the ordering and receiving of parts by home warranty dragged out, T.M. Street did keep us up to date, advocating with home warranty, and doing a couple of work arounds to get us heat soonest.
T. M. Street Heating & Air Conditioning’s customer service, and always checking back with us to make sure everything stayed right made us a new annual service agreement customer.
